I am issuing a very bad experience with Turkish airlines. My brother bag was lost on his journey from Cairo airport to Ercan airport on flight no. TK0695 from Cairo to Istanbul and no. Tk0960 from Istanbul to Ercan . On Turkish airlines website you are stating that you were awarded the best airlines in Europe. Is this the service that the best airlines offer?? losing his luggage ?? and the customer service are answering in a very unhelpful way... Read more

Hello, I am from New York, I booked a light from the cheap flight software app, and they confirm that time you can cancel the ticket and change as well. I paid 687$ Fee for changing on the email they mention100$ if you want to cancel so 63$, but now they said we can't cancel At once I call them to make changes they said 250$ penalty plus 200$ extra for changes But I cracked on the same date ticket price is 764$ only 80$ difference But they... Turkish Airlines - Fraud warning! The worst customer service, Discrimination , bad service Ataturk Airport

I flew overseas from Washington through TAV (Ataturk Airport). We missed the next connection trip because of the gate numbers confusion on the monitors. After we realized that we were at the wrong gate, we walked for 15 minutes to the correct gate as they were closing it. They re opened it for a Turkish passenger and refused to let us get in. Was treated very badly made me feel like i was not worth serving and that was not given anywater nor any food she made me feel very uncomfortable then was told that i have not been on any plane before and i am very inexpirience and that i dont know what im talking about...tk 923 it was very uncomfortable...and still after we have landed still nothing was offered...

Delay of 5 hrs for flight TK697 from Alx to Athens, which made me loose a connection.... Ist-Genoa. I had to pay 4 evisa for me and my family 84 dollars.

Approximately 4 weeks ago I received an email that our flights from Atlanta to Rome had been canceled for Sept. 27 and our new flight was now scheduled to leave on Sept. 28. I called them to let them know that we had connecting flights, car rentals and accommodations that had already been paid for based upon our original departure date. My return ticket was confirmed for September 2nd 2016. I was sick and was told by my Physician not to travel. I called Turkish Airline on Sept 1st to reschedule my flight.Customer service representative told me that I have to go to the Turkish Airline office since my destination was Iran!!! I was told that to change my flight would cost $175. I said fine. I was told I had to change it myself online. When I went to book the exact same flight through their "rebooking" link, the cost was more than double! I complained. I was told to file an online complaint and someone would contact me within 48 hours. I filed the online complaint. My experience with Turkish airline has been absolutely awful ,the staff onboard are grumpy with few who speak English and the most speak Turkish, Ataturk airport is so crowdy with no seat to sit on, the airport staff are arrogant and not helpful even when you are stuck at this silly airport because of the Turkish airline delay they can't provide you a place to rest even if you dying after more than 24 hrs travelling because of plan delay, first... Turkish Airlines is horrible. One of the reps changed my return flight without my authorization and gave me a 8 hour layover in IST (which was bombed 3 times this month, including the airport). So not only did I not feel safe I was on the phone with customer support for 2 days prior trying to change their mistake.
