I had booking from Indigo airlines from Aurangabad to Mumbai PNR - HQ6G8G -28th February 2023
Mumbai to Istanbul on 1st March 2023 flight no 6E17
Next flight Istanbul to Vienna on 1st March TK 1885 operated by Turkish Airline
Im already checked my luggage to Vienna but in Istanbul some airport authorities refused me to take flight from Istanbul to Vienna in last moment, I had Schengen visa of Lisbon, Portugal but authorities never hear me they refused me to take flight in that situation I gone to help desk of Turkish Airlines they not entertain they force me to book new ticket to Lisbon so I booked ticket to Lisbon form Instanbul flight no. 1757 I reached at Lisbon, Portugal on 4pm
But my luggage/ baggage was in Istanbul due to less time of flight connection, in my luggage my cloths my belongings my important documents are there , may I request you kindly send my luggage as early as soon first flight from Istanbul to Lisbon, I had travel insurance also , kindly send my luggage

Turkish airways changed one of my flights making layover in Istanbul only 45min long - super high chance to miss my connection to Jakarta. I tried changing my flight online more than 10 times but website keeps giving me errors.
I called customer support 4 times, each call 20min+, 3 times connection broke down while I was placed on hold, and once I finally got an option to change my flight - 2 times longer flight compared to the one I booked (4 flights, 3 layovers, 40+h travel).
This is not a real option. At least if you are offering much worse flight option than the one booked, you should offer to refund a flight price difference.
Result is, I still have a flight upcoming from Vilnius to Denpasar on January 13th with super high chance to get stranded in Istanbul, this should not even be allowed to book :/

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Didn't solve my problemI am not happy with Turkish Airlines...They have not refunded me for e visa , which I had to take online by paying 44 dollars , and that also due to their *** delated flight..Also they have not given me compensation for flight delayed...Will not choose this airlines again and will not recommend to anyone

Upsetting me about number of check in baggages
Hi
I saw in your website concerning upgrading promotion that if I upgrade to business class, I can have one additional check in baggage (30 kg) free of charge. I upgraded, but when I started to check in this evening (July 30), I faced with additional charges (17 Euro per kg).
I got so upset, so I dont know what to do with my additional baggage.
This is one of the most terrible incidents in my travels (since 1979). I always had two check in baggages (32 kh) each (business class with all star alliances).
I called your office in Canada, and she told me that this is Turkish Airlines rules that she can not do anything.
Anyway, it sounds that I have no other choice, and my first reaction would be not to fly with your airline again and write this experience in your website to let the other customers to get aware of it.
I am just so sorry. I am frequently traveller from Canada to several countries around the world for mostly business.
