New York Agent at airport put wrong tag on my luggage so it did not arrive with me in Tel Aviv then somehow the Tel Aviv Agent in the baggage claim put wrong info on my claim and sent someone else luggage to me. After holding on to phone for hours I finally got my luggage damaged 5 days later now they are giving me a hard time to repay me for the damage and expenses I incurred because of their multiple errors.
I continue to email and they just keep emailing me back requesting more information. What more could they want they know they messed up and I lost out on part of my trip because of lack of proper attire.
