My last two flights from LA to IST we not the best, anyti g and everything went wrong, as a frequent flyer Elite class I was very disappointed . I did write a very detailed email to mr Cansu at THY, all he said was sorry about your experiences we will,pass it on to various departments involved, sure just pass the buck.

How about my awful 12hours each way. Food not good, seat not working, headphones cutting out, no attendants to be seen after dinner . WiFi in and out , out mostly.

I would not consider that as business class service, and just a “sorry”. Hmm If thy read this TK-782052 #S1-777834# look that up and you will find a very detailed review .
