Turkish Airlines - Baggage delay or lost?
Its already one week that our 3 passengers baggages were lost or delayed we don't know anything. we filled out the online tracking form and submitted to TK also but no proper response, and attached all the bills of only basic items that we have bought for reimbursement but still no response?
Where should i claim and what i need to do further, and please provide me the exact information what do to next steps. we were stranded at Istanbul Airport for 5 days, it was horrible and terrible, long line for everything like passport control, visa, new boarding pass, hotel and shuttle bus.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I am also in the same situation I think we should file a class action lawsuit if we find enough passengers
hi sad to hear you are also in the same situation. still i haven't received any messages from TK, filled out online form but still no response. Let me know what you have done further.
