I recently traveled from Istanbul to Houston. When collected my bags one of the bag was badly damage, and many fancy cloths were effected.
I open a request for compensation and they are keep denying my request. The staff in the call center are very rude and can't listen. I have placed numerous calls and talked to many representative and a supervisor but there answer is that we can't approve your request. I am not happy with Turkish airline.
Furthermore I contacted their business office and send my request to general managers to facilitate my request. I didn't get any response till date. I am thinking now to file a dispute with better business bureau.
I am not sure if this will work. I heard so many complains about Turkish airlines on forum and web.
