For 7 days long distance trip they send mu luggage after 3 days and once I submitted my expenses the thing I bought, underwear, bra, shirt and Sandals the send me $41.00 check.

I have submitted my reciept, i was visiting my sister after 40 yrs and worrying about my luggage was horrible. All 3 days we had to go to airport 3 times because they could not find or locate my luggage, I had no option just to buy things that I needed for 3 days.

I have send them email several times and several reciept and this how they treat their customers.

I will never travel with Turkish anymore.

No one was taking responsibility on my lost luggage. It was great to see my sister after so many years but not having my belonging added some discomfort and stress
