Flight Kathmandu-Istanbul cancelled, re-routed & then delayed to miss connecting flight to London. Rude obnoxious, unhelpful staff, required $150 "visa" to stay in city we didn't want to but had to; extra expenses w/no luggage, "delayed" baggage Dec 17 "found" (I had to p/up!) 1 bag in SFO 26th, 1 on 27th (both damaged) and as of Jan 14 1 still missing; 40+- phone calls & emails, complaint with FAA and no response "apologies" but no info or $$comp. GO FILE COMPLAINTS or more people will suffer for an airline that just doesn't care.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of turkish airlines flight and associated monetary loss in the amount of $4800. Turkish Airlines needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
