I am SHOCKED and DISGUSTED by the level of service and behavior that i have received today from Turkish Airlines. I have paid over 1000$!!! for a business ticket and i was treated like a piece of garbage. Even as i set in Turkish Airlines business lounge i heard many complaints about their service and the way they treat people.
I recommend each person to avoid flying with Turkish Airlines at any cost! they do not even have a system for complaints in the airport on purpose as they now how many people are suffering from their terrible service. I am boycotting them and i will never fly with Turkish airlines again ever. I will make sure to mention this also to all of my business colleagues worldwide
My name is Nadav and a flew today 6/10/18 from Podgorica (Montenegro) to Tel-aviv (Israel) with Turkish Airlines using a connection flight thorough Istanbul
The flight left Montenegro at 10:00 local time, landing in Istanbul at 12:45 local time. The connection from Istanbul to tel-aviv was at 13:30. As i was leaving Podgorica i getting my flight ticket at the TA airport desk in Podgorica airport Usually when flying with a connection you should receive also the connection ticket (Istanul-tel aviv) at the first country you are leaving. It seems strange to me that Turkish Airline Representative did not provided me with a second ticket but he promised "it is a normal procedure and everything ill be ok"
I have landed in Istanbul airport at 12:45 local time (reminding my connection to tel-aviv was at 13:30). When i arrived to international transfers they told me i need to go to Turkish airlines desk and issue a flight ticket (although what Turkish airlines representative in Podgorica said to me) . Istanbul is a high airport and it took me 15 minutes of fast walk with luggage to arrive to Turkish airlines desk.
When i got there i tried to explain the situation but the service team was very rude to me and not co-operative. After stalling me there for 20 minutes "checking" stuff although i mentioned my connection is about to leave they "remembered" that i actually missed the flight and give me a ticket for 6 hours later (!!!). When i asked why they are doing this and where can i file complaints for this negligence as im a business class client who paid over 1000$ for this ticket!!!. They told me that they do not know and laughed which is quite ridiculous and offensive
I am now stuck in the airport of Istanbul after TURKISH AIRLINES SCREWED ME OVER.
I beg you do not fly or do business in this compny in anyway what so ever in your life. you will regret it
I work with many lawyers in the commercial field and i am interested in filing a law class action suit against Turkish airlines and\or any of its subsidiaries.
In case you have a similar story please contact me via mail (nadav.g@keynewdata) so i can add your complains to the lawsuit.
I fly on a weekly basis in different countries. Never i have encountered such ignorance from a service provider such as rudeness and the lack of professionalism
