Turkish Airlines - Turkish Airline refuses to repair/replace damaged luggage
Turkish Airlines (TA) broke the wheel on suitcase, then refuses to repair or replace. Reference: Damaged Suitcase - Flights:TK079 , Seat 15H and TK879, 14J - Date: Nov 29, 2017, Luggage Tags Numbers: 0096 IR 506211 & 0096 IR 506212(Broken) Since last November I have been trying to have them either repair or replace damaged luggage.
TA has resorted to a variety of excuses and delay tactics, including "pass the buck", flat denial, then lastly "ask for ID" over email!
No matter which way they go, as a consumer, I feel they must actively meet their obligation to properly handle passenger property or repair damages without imposing ridiculous demands on passenger time and resources. Appreciate any advice, Sincerely, Bob Alavi
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Turkish Airlines Cons: In one flight the seat was gummed.
