Just two flights was more than enough to discover that this airline is the worst in the world...
- 1st case, my bag delayed and received after one week and I found that somebody stole items from the bag and when I claim, their response was nothing..!!!
-2nd case, the broke may bag and imagine what? just they refund 30% from the expected price and from two months I did not even receive the money!!!
one of the worst customer service, they are not responding on anything, they don’t respect anyone even my corporate...one of the worst.. even the price is higher than other airlines and the service is *** service..
The worst experience with a company in my whole life!!
